Writing a Letter to Coast Guard Recruits
Coast Guard recruits very often do not receive letters from home and written communication is the only way they get outside contact. The Coast Guard encourages us to write. You can thank them for service, hope they are doing well, let them know a little bit about yourself and what you are doing during this time.
