How Do I Apply?
Here you will find all you need to know about Saint Viator High School’s application process, key dates, and deadlines. Our application process begins by registering for the Saint Viator High School Entrance Exam. If you missed the entrance exam, please contact Chris Bremner, at cbremner@saintviator.com or ext. 256.

- Tuition Assistance FACTS Application - Friday, November 15, 2024
- Entrance Exam Registration - Saturday, November 9 - Friday, December 6, 2024
- Scanlan Center Request for Accommodations Form, IEP/504 Plan/Diagnosed Learning Disability Documentation Due - Friday, November 15, 2024
- Entrance Exam - Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 8:00 a.m.
- Parent Release Form collected day of exam
- Incoming Freshmen Notification of Acceptance & Tuition Assistance - Friday, January 31, 2025
- Enrollment Deadline - April 15, 2025
- Math Placement Test - April 2025
- Modern Language Placement Test - April 2025

Scanlan Center Students
If your student normally receives accommodations on tests and would like to use accommodations on the placement exam, please complete the Request for Accommodations on the High School Placement Test Form. This form, along with your student’s IEP, 504 plan, or psychoeducational testing documenting a diagnosed learning difference, must be submitted to Mrs. Erica Fuja, Scanlan Center director, no later than November 15.
Transfer Students
Interested transfer students should complete the transfer student inquiry form. Our admissions department will contact you to schedule a tour and/or meeting and discuss the next steps and required documentation.
International Students
