CATHOLIC FAITH + VIATORIAN VALUES

Throughout the world, Viatorians raise up communities where faith is lived, deepened, and celebrated. The name Viator means traveler, implying a lifelong journey of discovery and learning. Through service, retreats, liturgical experiences, and theology classes, our students embark on their personal spiritual journeys. Our community embraces and welcomes students of all backgrounds, faiths, and viewpoints.

Catholic Identity

Fueled by the Gospel and nourished by the Eucharist, Saint Viator is ignited to express our Catholic, Viatorian faith through study, prayer, and action.
  • Intellectually, we learn about our faith
  • Communally, we gather around the altar
  • Individually, we are inspired to help others through servant leadership
  • Collectively we include and embrace people of all backgrounds.

Fr. Charlie Bolser, C.S.V., Alumni Chaplain and President of Saint Viator from 1987-98

As a Catholic institution, Saint Viator is committed to the educational journey of young men and women. A journey that offers possibilities and challenges that shape our future selves, develop our unique talents, and guide us toward using our special gifts for the common good.
