Reporting to the Director of Enrollment, the primary responsibility of the Assistant Director of Enrollments is to fully support the Enrollment organization’s Student Ambassador Program to ensure the annual incoming freshman class enrollment goals of Saint Viator High School are achieved.
This position supports the Director of Enrollment in all enrollment activities, including recruitment material preparation, on-site support for primary recruitment season events, including prospective parent presentations, shadow visits, school tours, Open House, placement exam, Freshman Family BBQ, Scholastic Bowl, Grade School Musical Benefit, Future Lion Events and Arlington Heights key events, and communication required to ensure successful freshman class registration.
Additionally, he/she shares the responsibility for expanding Saint Viator High School’s Enrollment outreach to traditional and non-traditional partner schools/parishes/churches and community organizations through the cultivation of stronger relationships and consistent representation at school, parish, church and community functions. He/she supports the Director of Enrollment in her efforts to strengthen Saint Viator High School’s relationship with the parish feeders and church community. The Assistant Director of Enrollment is a member of the Enrollment Committee.
