Tuition Assistance & Scholarship Opportunities
Saint Viator High School is committed to ensuring that families who seek a Catholic, Viatorian education can access it. Through the generosity of alumni, benefactors, and the wider Saint Viator community, we offer a range of need-based tuition assistance, scholarships, and special circumstance grants. These resources allow us to accompany families, honor individual situations, and uphold our mission of forming young people in faith, character, and academic excellence.

How is the tuition assistance package determined?
Once Blackbaud Financial Aid Management and Saint Viator High School receive your tuition assistance application, they will use a standard calculation to make an assessment called the Family Tuition Contribution. The Family Tuition Contribution is an estimated dollar amount calculated through Blackbaud Financial Aid Management. The most significant factors are family income and assets; however, other considerations include mortgages, debt, number of siblings, siblings in private schools, and special circumstances. The Tuition Assistance Committee uses this amount as a starting point from which to determine a tuition assistance award. Awards are also based on the number of people applying in a given year and the total assistance available. -
I am a stay-at-home parent and do not work outside the home. Will my family still be considered for tuition assistance?
To treat families with stay-at-home parents equitably compared to families in which all parents work outside the home, Saint Viator High School includes an annual income for stay-at-home parents in the tuition assistance applications once the youngest child reaches kindergarten age. -
My tax return is not complete at this time. What do I need to upload?
If your tax return is not available by the submission deadline, please ensure your last tax return is uploaded. -
If parents are divorced or separated, who fills out the tuition assistance application?
Each parent must complete a tuition assistance application. -
How do I apply for tuition hardship assistance?
Review available awards. Once you determine which award you would like to apply for, send an email to tuitionassistance@saintviator.com with documentation of hardship.
