Non-Financial Based Grants
Saint Viator Scholar — Students who score in the 90th percentile or higher nationally on our administration of the placement exam are automatically awarded the Saint Viator Scholar Scholarship at the following levels:
Catholic Elementary School Scholarship - All 8th-grade students coming from a Catholic school will receive a $1,000 award for their freshman year. Please note students must test at Saint Viator on exam day to receive this offer. - 97-99th percentile-$2,500 per year
- 94-96th percentile-$1,500 per year
- 90-93rd percentile-$1,000 per year
- Renewal requires a minimum B average and good standing in the Viatorian Service Learning Program
- Exam must be taken in-person at Saint Viator High School
Kenneth M. Bonder Memorial Leadership Scholarship — $1,000 Established in 2010 by the Bonder family in memory of their husband/father, a parent of two Saint Viator alumni, and past Saint Viator Board of Trustee member. Ken believed that the student council co-presidents truly represent the leadership qualities and dedication to academic excellence that reflects the mission of Saint Viator. Automatically awarded to each Inter-Class Council Co-President at the beginning of his/her senior year. Does not require completion of Student Aid Form. (two awards/non-renewable)
