Why Should Alumni Get Involved? There are several reasons why I would encourage alumni to get involved, but for me, I think the most important reason is that it’s a great way to give back to the school.  Whether you’re signed up for an annual gift to the school, volunteering to be on the alumni board, or simply attending an event hosted by the school, it’s important to be involved.

The more people that get involved, the stronger the SVHS/SHM network becomes and the better off the school is. There are a lot of alumni, parents, faculty, staff, etc. that are or have been involved with the school, and you never know when you might be able to help someone out or be helped by someone, associated with SVHS/SHM.
