Saint Viator to Offer CarpooltoSchool App for School Families

Saint Viator High School has announced a new partnership with CarpooltoSchool, an online service that allows families to build carpools for students. School families can create an online account at saintviator.carpooltoschool.com and then use the service to find a match with other families also looking to share a carpool.

“CarpooltoSchool provides another advantage to families that are considering Saint Viator now and in the future,” said Patrick Gaeger, Assistant Director of Enrollment at the Arlington Heights school. “We have a number of students who come from a considerable distance and we feel that this can eliminate some of the obstacles that families encounter, especially when they have younger children still in elementary or middle school closer to their home.”

CarpooltoSchool is designed to not only ease family schedules, but it can also provide financial benefits by reducing expenses for gas and wear and tear, and is environmentally friendly. “As a community, we take great pride in our commitment to the environment,” said Gaeger. “We are proud to be welcoming our students back to campus this fall, and hope that CarpooltoSchool makes the return even easier for our families.”

The service is now available to all Saint Viator families and participation can begin at any time during the school year.
