Earth Day Activities at Saint Viator
Several conscientious students enhanced our campus by planting perennial flowers and greens in beautiful new red pots provided as a courtesy by Walmart Supercenter in Mt. Prospect. Earlier in the day, kids watched a student-made short film about the importance of recycling featuring Saint Viator's refuse carrier, Flood Brothers.
Students also had the option to participate in a touch-less scavenger hunt throughout the school allowing them to refresh their knowledge and awareness of recycling in a fun and creative way.
Let's all continue to strive to be more environmentally in tune with our surroundings.
