A Statement on Recent Attacks Against Asian Communities
For a number of years, Saint Viator High School has been home to the Reverend Mark R. Francis, CSV International Program. Through this program, we have had the pleasure of welcoming students from across the globe, including many from China, South Korea, Vietnam, and additional countries in Asia.
We have built wonderful relationships with these students and their families and hold them close to us as valuable members of our community. As we have seen first-hand the benefits of students of different cultures learning to work together and form new bonds, it gives us great pain to see the recent and all too frequent attacks on people of Asian descent.
We encourage all members of our society to treat others with respect and welcome into our community people of all nationalities and backgrounds.
