1969 Prep League Champions

Honor the Legacy of Saint Viator Football

This fall, we invite you to join us in celebrating the remarkable legacy of Saint Viator football by making a gift in honor of Coach Gliwa, the late leader whose influence shaped generations of Lions, and the 1969 Chicagoland Prep League Championship team.

On Friday, September 12, at 7:00 p.m., we will gather at the Saint Viator home football game at Forest View Stadium (2121 S. Goebbert Rd., Arlington Heights) to commemorate this extraordinary chapter in our history. At halftime, we will honor Coach Gliwa, Coach Nuccio, Coach Mahoney, and the championship team that brought pride to our school and community.

As we reflect on their legacy, we also look forward. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to fund advanced athletic technology and equipment to benefit the entire Saint Viator athletic program and the 615 student-athletes who carry on this proud tradition today. Head Coach Robbie Gould is eager to provide the tools needed to help every Lion athlete reach their full potential, and your generosity will help make this vision a reality.

We hope you will consider making a gift in honor of this legacy and join us on September 12 to celebrate these remarkable coaches and athletes. Your support will both preserve the spirit of Saint Viator athletics and invest in its future.
