Quest Food Management Services Inc. is the food services provider at Saint Viator High School. Quest offers a program based on cooking fresh food from scratch, assembled-to-order menu options, healthy choices that are flavorful and appealing, and offering an inviting dining experience for all.
SAFETY PLAN DURING COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, safety measures have been put in place to help ensure the safety of students, faculty, staff, and Quest personnel during designated lunch periods. All meals will be preordered, prepackaged, and delivered to set locations daily.
Students need to pre-order lunch one week in advance of delivery.
The deadline for ordering lunches for any week is midnight Thursday of the prior week. My Meal Order has been put into place to help facilitate lunch delivery of ordered food. Please follow this link
to access My Meal Order. My Meal Order is for ordering food only (No payment is made through MyMealOrder). All prices through My Meal Order are set to “0” so there is no need to set up a payment method. This total will be charged against your MealTime account (at the end of each service day)

FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Due to the handcrafted nature of our menu items, our kitchens which share cooking and preparation areas, and our reliance on suppliers for accurate information, we cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contact or guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. There is a possibility that suppliers of the commercial foods we use can change the formulation or substitute ingredients at any time, without notice. To that end, we make every attempt to identify ingredients and menu items that contain the 8 major allergens (milk, eggs, soybeans, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts). The allergen information provided is up-to-date to the best of our knowledge and is based entirely on the information provided by our suppliers. We also make every effort to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies.
Saint Viator consults individually with customers whom have food allergies to minimize allergic reactions. Prior to consuming menu items, individuals with life-threatening food allergies should confirm the ingredient information on the actual label of the product. If a customer decides that the menu item is safe on any given day, that decision is entirely their responsibility. Saint Viator will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at Saint Viator. No allergen information should ever be considered a guarantee, but simply a best faith effort to serve our customers.

QUEST STUDENT ACCOUNTS
All NEW students will be automatically imported into My Meal Time. To ensure your student has funds in their account, go to mymealtime.com
and create an account for them. Once you enter the site and create an account with your information, you will select the school. Please note the school is listed as ‘Saint Viator.’ In addition, you will need their student ID and full name. We request that EXISTING students take care of all standing negative balances before the school year begins.

There are two ways to add funds to your account:
- Electronically through mymealtime.com with a credit card or debit card.
- With a check written out to “Quest.” Please have your student submit this to their homeroom teacher or directly to the front office. The cafeteria will be closed and they will not have access to bring deposits through the service area.
