    Team Schedule

    Track & Field focuses on improving individuals overall athletic abilities, which are transferable to other sports. Focusing on the individual, student-athletes compete in a wide range of events in the field area, which includes jumps, vaults, and throws as well as on the track, including sprints, hurdles, and distance events. Relay events allow athletes to compete as a team comprised of four individual runners.

    Indoor - 10 weeks practice at Saint Viator
    Outdoor - 9 weeks practice 

    Sample Practice Day
    Training is based on each individual specialty, and is a combination of strength training with weights and speed/endurance training on the track. 3:30-6:00 p.m., roughly Monday to Friday.

    Support Saint Viator Track and Field by purchasing a 2023-2024 Million Dollar Classic raffle ticket. There will be three cash raffle drawings throughout the school year, and a final grand prize raffle drawing during the 2024 Million Dollar Classic golf outing.
