Was ‘I want to lose weight' or ‘I want to be less stressed’ your New Year’s Resolution?  No matter your age, if the gym is your home away from home, or you’re just new to working out, the Loyal Hearts Business Forum wants to help you get back on track!  Join us for our upcoming Health, Wellness, and Fitness Event on April 9th, 2022.  We are offering a variety of presentations on health-related topics as well as free workout classes led by certified Saint Viator alumni in the newly renovated Murphy Wellness Center.  Light refreshments and food will be available throughout the event, so grab your friends and get back to reaching your fitness goals in 2022.  Must sign the waiver to work out in the MWC.
