Co-Curricular // Clubs & Activities / Student Council

temp
There are five councils of elected officers involved in student council. In addition, students may run for class representatives. All councils participate in service projects, fund-raisers and events sponsored by Student Council. Members of the councils are scheduled into four grade level homerooms. They attend meetings once a week before school, or as needed. Members also attend a summer workshop in August as well.

The councils organize Homecoming activities, which include coronation, games day, a pep rally and the dance. They also sponsor pep rallies, blood drives and other service projects, informal dances, Winter Ball - Turn-About Dance, Senior Prom, an annual Variety Show, community fun fairs for local children, and several social and spirit activities during the year. The Student Council works with the Administration to increase school spirit and Lion Pride.

Interclass Council / ICC
ICC is the Executive Board of Student Government and sponsors all class elections. Officers are elected in the spring for the next school year; freshman officers and representatives are elected in September. Members meet once a week during the school year and as needed during the summer. Contact Mrs. Francis in the Administration Office (ext. 267 or jfrancis@saintviator.com) for more information.
