Saint Viator v.s. Gordon Tech (non-conference) WIN 64-18

Record 3-0

The Lions hosted their first home meet of the year in a triple dual versus Gordon Tech and Guerin High Schools on December 1st. The Lions filled most of their line-up which helped in their victories against both teams. But it was the presence betweeen 130 lbs. and 160 lbs., which did not lose a match in either dual, that helped propel the Lions to their first 3-0 start in school history.

James McMahon (112), Elliot Hilgert (130), Matt Izzi (140), Joe Lamantia (145), Eric Aberhamian (152), T.J. Hohenadel (160), and William Rittmeyer all recorded two victories for the lions. While Brendan Zieker, Dominic Lullo, Joe McManus, Ryan Barth, Leo Zimmerman, and Colin Bailey also helped the Lions put numbers on the board.

Next up for the lions @ Lake Forest w/ Marian Central Catholic on December 3, 2009
