Alumni Update is published three times a year. Please note these deadlines:
- To get your news into the January 1 issue, submit by November 10.
- To get your news into the May 1 issue, submit by March 10.
- To get your news into the September 1 issue, submit by July 10
- (Late entries will be printed in the next issue.)

We welcome your high-quality photos, too, whether hard copies, JPEGs or TIFs, but cannot return them.

We regret that digital photos from home printers do not reproduce well in the newsletter; please do not send them.
