Coming Soon to Saint Viator

The Shaping the Future with Faith campaign incorporates three primary elements:

33,000-SQUARE-FOOT ADDITION

• More than half of Saint Viator students take part in a fine arts activity.
• There are currently 19 academic and 8 co-curricular fine arts opportunities.
• The new addition, located where the current cafeteria stands, will be two-stories, feature a soaring atrium and includes the follow new spaces:
  • Cafeteria and bookstore
  • Student commons
  • Senior dining area
  • 2 art studios and kiln room
  • Band rehearsal space
  • Ensemble and practice rooms
  • Multipurpose choral rehearsal room
  • Music library

   

Increase the TUITION ASSISTANCE Endowment

• As of October 2011, over $1.2 million in tuition assistance has been awarded for this school year.
• 271 students currently receive Tuition Assistance.
• 85% of all who apply for tuition assistance receive it.
• Our goal is increase the tuition assistance endowment to $10 million

The SCANLAN CENTER

• Come see the newly renovated Scanlan Center!
• Nearly 70 students are currently enrolled in learning strategies classes.
• Many more students take advantage of the Center resource assistance during their free periods, as well as before and after school.
• The Scanlan Center also provides testing services to Saint Viator students. Approximately 350 students a week use the Scanlan Testing Center.
